Why do restaurant and hospitality leaders show up, mentor, move, fundraise, and give back?
At Sizzle & Spin and Yazzle Yoga, the LEAD community came together to support the next generation of hospitality leaders. Because of past support, more than 525 people have gone through a mentor program, over 1,500 people have attended a LEAD event, and more than 250 people have completed a 9-week boot camp and become managers in the restaurant industry.
In this Hospitality Hangout Short, leaders share why they lead, why mentorship matters, and why hospitality can be one of the best career paths in the world. The mission is serious, but the energy is still pure hospitality: leadership, community, fitness, cheese, champagne, tight shorts, and a whole lot of heart.
