Before bartaco, Scott Lawton joined the Barcelona Wine Bar team to help professionalize and scale the business.
He came through Tribeca Grill and Big Time Restaurants, then worked with Andy Pforzheimer as Barcelona grew from a handful of locations into the Barteca story.
